Office Hours

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
  • Saturday 8.30am to 12 noon

We are available in all disciplines for emergency cases 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. On 25th, 26th December and 1st, 2nd January (or public holidays if these days fall on a weekend), we will provide an emergency service only. On all other public or bank holidays, we will be open as normal. Referring vets should visit the Referrals page for guidance on routine and emergency referral processes.

As a Specialist hospital, we can only accept requests for appointments from referring veterinary surgeons rather than from owners direct. This allows us to receive all the relevant clinical history and test results prior to an appointment. We will inform the referring veterinary surgeon of the outcome of a pet’s attendance at the hospital and will work with them to provide any ongoing care and support.
